Army rides a solid defensive effort to second consecutive shutout.

This clearly isn’t the same Red Army team that struggled to start last season. Clearly captain Marty’s offseason points of emphasis are working. The team is scoring goals with ease and playing strong team defense in their own end. The army had the early tilt last nite, and the crowd was late arriving; the flat atmosphere may have been a cause to the army only jumping out to a 1-0 lead on a goal from brogan (4th) in the first. Three in the second padded teh lead, The army added two in the third and put things on cruise control and ensure being on their couches in time for the start of the Bruins.
